By participating in the SIONYX FLIBS Giveaway Promo (the “Giveaway Promo”), the entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility. The Giveaway Promo is open to attendees of the 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (“FLIBS 2025”) who purchase a SIONYX Nightware Digital or SIONYX Nightwave Analog camera (the “Promotion Products”) during the Promo Window. Purchase must be made on SIONYX.com or through an authorized SIONYX dealer located within the U.S. Entrants must be legal residents of the U.S. and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This Giveaway Promo is void where prohibited by law.
   
2. Promotion Window. The purchase period for the Giveaway Promo begins on October 29, 2025, at 12:00 A.M. ET and ends on November 14, 2025, at 11:59 P.M. ET (the “Promo Window”). No purchases of the Promotion Products made outside of the Promo Window will be accepted in entries for the Giveaway Promo.
   
3. How to Enter. Qualified entrants must (1) purchase a Promotion Product during the Promo Window and (2) submit proof of purchase of the Promotion Product (via receipt or order confirmation). Proof of purchase of a Promotion Product during the Promo Window must be submitted to https://www.sionyx.com/pages/sweepstakes-2025 by 11:59 P.M. ET on November 19, 2025. Limit of one (1) entry per qualified entrant.(a) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without making a purchase, entrants must (1) mail a legibly hand-printed postcard with full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to SIONYX, LLC., 100 Cummings Center, Suite 303B, Beverly, MA 01915. Each postcard will count as one (1) entry. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 14, 2025, and received by November 19, 2025.
   
4. Winner Selection. Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected thirty (30) days after the Promo Window. Winners shall be notified via the email address used in their corresponding qualified entry.
   
5. Prizes. Three (3) winners will each receive an Amazon gift card valued at $250.00 USD (the “Grand Prize”). Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per winner. Qualified entrants who are not selected for a Grand Prize shall receive a SIONYX Nightwave vinyl cover in the color matching their applicable Promotion Product purchase. (a) In the event that an Alternate Method of Entry participant is selected as a Grand Prize winner, the prize will be an Amazon gift card valued at $250.00 USD.
   
6. General Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of SIONYX, which are final. SIONYX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway Promo if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway Promo.
   
7. Release. By participating in the Giveaway Promo, entrants release and hold harmless SIONYX, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of (i)participation in the Giveaway Promo, or (ii) the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
   
8. Publicity. By entering the Giveaway Promo, qualified entrants grant SIONYX permission to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   
9. Governing Law. The Giveaway Promo is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard for conflict of law principles.
