The SIONYX Nightwave Loyalty Program is designed to reward existing Nightwave Analog owners who choose to upgrade to Nightwave Digital with NightlQ.

The program provides a $800 loyalty Gift Card after the purchase of a Nightwave Digital at full price on SIONYX.COM and the return of an eligible Nightwave Analog device. Restrictions apply. See Terms & Conditions.

How the Loyalty Program Works

1. Purchase Nightwave Digital
Customers purchase Nightwave Digital directly through SIONYX.com at the listed price.

2. Receive & Return Instructions
After purchase, you will receive:
• Shipping confirmation for your new Nightwave Digital
• Return instructions for your Nightwave Analog
• Prepaid return label for your Nightwave Analog unit

3. Return Your Nightwave Analog Unit
After you receive your new Nightwave Digital unit, return your eligible Nightwave Analog unit back to SIONYX. Your return must be received within 45-days of your Nightwave Digital purchase.

4. Verification & Rebate
Once the returned Nightwave Analog unit is received and verified a $800 rebate will be issued in the form of an e/Gift Card issued to the email address used during checkout.

FAQs

Do I get the $800 discount at checkout?

No. The $800 is issued as an e/Gift card after your Nightwave Analog unit is returned and verified.

How long does it take to receive my rebate?

Refunds are typically processed within 4–6 weeks after SIONYX receives and verifies your returned Nightwave Analog unit.

What happens if my return is damaged or incomplete?

If the unit cannot be verified:

  • The rebate may be reduced or denied
  • You may be contacted for additional information
Do I have to return my Analog unit?

Yes. Participation in the program requires returning your Nightwave Analog unit.

Is Nightwave Analog being discontinued?

No. Nightwave Analog remains a supported product. This program simply provides an optional upgrade path.

When will my Nightwave Digital ship?

Your Nightwave Digital unit will ship shortly after purchase, before your Nightwave Analog unit is returned.

Do I pay for return shipping?

No. A prepaid return label is included with your shipment.

Can I return more than one Analog unit for multiple rebates?

Each rebate is tied to:

  • One qualifying Nightwave Analog unit
  • One Nightwave Digital purchase on SIONYX.com at full price.
What if I paid using financing or multiple payment methods?

Refunds are issued in the form of an e/Gift card. Repayment of financed funds is the responsibility of the customer.

Nightwave Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

Program Description

The Nightwave Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is offered by SIONYX, LLC (“SIONYX”) and provides eligible customers with a loyalty Gift Card after purchasing a Nightwave Digital product through SIONYX.com and returning a qualifying Nightwave Analog unit. This Program is a voluntary loyalty offering and is not a recall, replacement program, or discontinuation notice. Nightwave Analog remains a supported product.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, customers must perform the following:

  • Purchase a Nightwave Digital unit through the designated loyalty program bundle on SIONYX.com
  • Complete checkout on SIONYX.com at full MSRP
  • Return a qualifying Nightwave Analog unit in accordance with these Terms

Limit one (1) loyalty Gift Card per qualifying purchase. Each Nightwave Analog unit may only be used once.

Loyalty Rebate

Eligible customers will receive a e/Gift Card in the amount specified at the time of purchase (currently $800 USD) (the “Loyalty Rebate”).

The Loyalty Rebate will be issued in the form of an e/Gift Card to the email address used during checkout following receipt and verification of the returned Nightwave Analog unit.

Return Process and Timing

A prepaid return shipping label and instructions will be included with the Nightwave Digital shipment.

To qualify, the Nightwave Analog unit must be received and verified by SIONYX within forty- five (45) days of the Nightwave Digital purchase date. The customer’s order number must be included inside the return package to allow for proper processing.

Customers are not required to return the power and connection cable. Only the main Nightwave Analog unit (housing) and base are required.

Verification of Returned Unit

Returned units are subject to verification by SIONYX. A unit will be considered “verified” if it meets the following criteria, as determined by SIONYX in its sole reasonable discretion:

  • The unit is an authentic Nightwave Analog unit of the SIONYX Nightwave Marine Night Vision Camera, as confirmed by a readable serial number, model markings, and other identifying features.
  • The serial number must be clearly legible and not altered, obscured, or damaged.
  • The main housing/unit and base are included in the return (accessories are not required).
  • The unit is in generally good physical condition, with no severe damage that would render it unsuitable for display.
  • Minor cosmetic wear, scratches, faded labeling, and normal signs of use, is acceptable.
  • The unit is not required to be functional; non-functioning units are acceptable.

SIONYX will inspect all returned units and notify customers of the verification decision via email. Approved rebates are typically issued within four (4) to six (6) weeks following verification.

SIONYX reserves the right to deny a Loyalty Rebate in cases of fraud, duplicate claims, failure to meet return timing requirements, or if the returned unit is not a qualifying Nightwave Analog unit or is missing the serial number. All verification decisions are final.

Returned Unit Ownership

All returned Nightwave Analog units become the property of SIONYX and will not be returned.

General Conditions

This Program is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

SIONYX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason, including fraud or abuse.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
